TERMS & CONDITIONS
GENERAL
• The artist has the right to deny a request due to different reasons and circumstances. The artist might be uncomfortable or incapable with a request. Please be respectful.
• The prices listed above are estimations. Prices may increase according to the amount of details or adding background/any other elements.
• The Illustrations will be done in the artist's style (sketchy or fully rendered). If you like any particular piece of my work, please let me know so I understand your expectations better.
• The artist keeps all the rights of the illustration created. Unless stated otherwise I might post your commission/process of drawing on my social media. Please tell me if you are not comfortable with that and I will keep your commission private.
• Waiting time for an order fulfillment depends on the waiting list and the complexity of the order. The terms will be verified after the artist accepts your order. Average waiting time: 1-3 months
• Finished illustration will be send via e-mail (digital form only), 3000x3750 canvas (300 DPI) in png/jpeg. If you need another file format or resolution you need to inform the artist before they start working on your project.
PAYMENT
• The preferable payment method is Paypal
The money must be sent to the Paypal's address provided, with the "I trust this person" option.
5% charge will be added to cover PayPal business transaction feeAlternative payment methods:

MY WORK PROCESS
The process of working on commissions includes:
- accepting request
- getting more information, calculating the final price
- sketch (substantial changes can only be made on this stage)
* changes after the sketch approval phase will cost a fee and require additional time to apply
- getting payment (100% or 50%)
- lineart approval (two minor changes allowed)
- final version approval (two minor changes allowed)
- getting rest of the payment (if any)
- sending you HQ illustration

HOW TO ORDER
• Check my commission info and availability
• Fill the Google form that includes:
your idea (short description + couple of references)
commission options (half/full body, number of characters, etc.)
personal/commercial use
(link to the form in the ORDER tab)
• I will let you know whether everything is ok and if I’m ready to accept your order
• If I accept your order I will ask you to give me more information to calculate the final price:
- Detailed description of the idea, characters, outfits
- References (photos, moodboards, inspirational images, etc.)
- Extra from the book if it will be a book illustration (I will need to grasp the mood of the scene)
- Size of the canvas
- Deadlines, if any.Please be ready to give me all the needed information and referenses.
